Things are moving along...quickly!

I’m so excited to see how much these little seedlings have grown! Every day they seem a little bigger, and my boys keep saying, "It's amazing!" I have to agree.

The seedlings are thriving under the grow lights and will be ready for the garden very soon. I usually wait about four weeks before transplanting, but this batch may be heading outside at three weeks because they've already outgrown their trays. I want to get them into their permanent home before the roots become crowded, especially the dahlias, which don't appreciate having their roots disturbed.

Out of 114 seedlings, I'll be planting 34 in my new 4 × 11 cut-flower garden. That means I'll have 80 healthy surplus seedlings looking for new homes!

If you've been thinking about adding a little more color to your garden, this is a great opportunity. I'll have extra dahlias, zinnias, and sunflowers available, and I'll also be putting together a few curated bundle options to help you create your own beautiful cut-flower garden.

I can't wait to share photos once everything is planted. The garden is really starting to come to life!

The Summer Garden Plan:

Here’s a look at how the seedlings are doing!

These aren't the typical varieties you'll find at local South Florida nurseries. Each cultivar was intentionally selected for its beauty, unique blooms, and performance as a cut flower, making them perfect for home gardens and fresh bouquets.
